Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JustDocs, provided by JustDocs, Inc. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using JustDocs on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be able to form a binding contract to use the service.

Plans, billing, and trials

JustDocs offers a Free plan (up to 5 members), Standard ($6 per user per month) and Pro ($10 per user per month) plans, and custom Enterprise plans. Paid plans are billed in advance per active member. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to violate any law or infringe others’ rights.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Resell or provide the service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you store in JustDocs. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the service to you. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to store it.

Our intellectual property

JustDocs and its software, design, and trademarks are owned by JustDocs, Inc. These Terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as permitted.

Confidentiality and security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your data, including encryption of vault secrets at rest. See our Privacy Policy and Security page for details.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustDocs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; certain provisions survive termination.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
